PASSPORTS
Passports are required for travel to Mexico for all attendees.
YOUR PASSPORT MUST BE VALID AT LEAST THREE MONTHS FROM YOUR ARRIVAL INTO Cabo San Lucas. If your passport will expire within three months of the trip date, you MUST get a new passport, or you will not be allowed to enter the country. If you do not have a passport, we strongly suggest that you apply now - this process could take a few months to complete. AIR TRANSPORTATION FOR CALIBER EXECUTIVES
We are pleased to offer roundtrip air travel for you and your guest. You can book your air travel with the air department by filling out the Travel component on the site's registration section. Once your registration is submitted, it will be sent to the air team. An itinerary will be created combining your preferences and certain event guidelines and sent to you within 48 hours. You will be contacted by the air department in the order that you register so please be patient.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION and ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
Roundtrip ground transportation will be provided for you and one guest between the airport and the Resort on the official arrival and departure dates. The resort is approximately 40 minutes from the airport.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
When traveling to Mexico you must pass through customs and immigration. Once through immigration you will claim your luggage and proceed to customs. At customs, you will be asked to push a button attached to a "traffic light." If the light is green, you can proceed through customs. If the light is red, Mexican customs will inspect your luggage.
After passing through customs with your luggage, you will exit out of the baggage area and head outside. Event staff holding Caliber signage will be there to meet and greet you, assist with your luggage, and escort you to your ground transportation.
